Nick Leggat

 Nicholas was born in Wellington and at the age of four he moved with his family to Auckland where he attended Sommerville School. He has a graduate Certificate in Employment and Community Skills, and many years experience in the workforce. 

Nick draws much of his artistic inspiration from the various trips he’s taken around the world with his family, his art featuring many well known landmarks, landscapes and more personal memories and observations. He enjoys the company of fellow artists in Art For All and sharing inside jokes. Nick also participates in swimming, recreate activities and spending time in his “artist’s loft” on the top floor of their family home in Newmarket.
